· For items damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours
· Defective products must be returned within 7 days.
· 15% restocking fee on all products except those damaged during shipping or defective.
· Return shipping will be paid by Blue Ox.
Due to the nature of our products, Blue Ox is unable to accept returns without prior customer service authorization, so please follow the link HERE before shipping merchandise back to our warehouse.
